By accessing the npt777 platform, registering an account, or placing bets, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not continue using the platform.

2.2 Age Restriction

All services are available to players aged 21 and above only. npt777 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, and may suspend the account if they cannot be provided.

2.3 Account Suspension / Closure

npt777 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons —

• If there is evidence of a breach of these terms
• If there is suspicion of financial fraud or misconduct
• If there is suspicion of money laundering
• If a pattern of bonus abuse is detected
• If the player requests the account to be closed

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

Deposits at npt777 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks regardless of the method used. Deposits will appear in your account almost instantly; however, if a bank transfer is delayed, you must contact us within 24 hours.

3.2 Withdrawals

To withdraw from your account, the minimum amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, delays may occur due to overnight holds by external banks or payment service providers.

• Withdrawal requests will be paid out using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Players must complete account verification (KYC verification) before requesting a withdrawal.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Round-tripping (depositing and withdrawing without genuine play) is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Transaction Limits

If circumstances arise that require npt777 to review a transaction, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the matter is resolved. The player will be notified by email, and the withdrawal will be processed immediately once the review is complete.

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

npt777 offers a 100% match bonus on your first deposit (up to 100,000 Ks). To withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.

If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• After receiving a bonus, you cannot withdraw until the wagering requirement is met; you may continue playing in the meantime.
• The percentage that counts towards wagering may vary depending on the game type.
• Only one bonus can be received at a time; if it is decided that a bonus can no longer be offered, this will be announced publicly.
• If a player requests account closure after receiving a bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Tiers and Cashback

The npt777 VIP programme has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you move up each tier, you will receive weekly cashback at a set percentage —

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Whether cashback carries a wagering requirement will be stated in the relevant VIP tier announcement. VIP tier progression is based on accumulated play points; the criteria can be viewed in your account.

5.1 Fair Play

All players at npt777 are entitled to fair play. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be predicted by any party in advance. npt777 protects players' gameplay sessions with SSL encryption.

5.2 Prohibited Gameplay Practices

The following gameplay practices are strictly prohibited at npt777 —

• Intentional bonus abuse / bonus hunting
• Playing using a bot or automation software
• Collusion to share winnings

• Using a VPN to play from prohibited regions

If any such activity is detected, winnings will be voided and the account will be closed.

5.3 Technical Malfunction

If a game result is incorrect due to a software or hardware malfunction, npt777 reserves the right to void all payouts related to that session. If a player notices a malfunction occurring, they must notify support immediately. After reviewing the records, appropriate action will be taken.

Players are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following activities under any circumstances —

1. Stealing and using another person's personal information
2. Using the platform as a tool for money laundering
3. Making fraudulent payments (chargeback fraud)
4. Attempting to breach the service (hacking / DDoS)
5. Transferring funds between player accounts to claim bonuses
6. Playing on behalf of a minor
7. Distributing spam or unwanted advertisements on the platform

npt777 is not liable for any losses or legal actions arising from such activities, and the player bears full responsibility.
